Where can I get your catalog?

You can pick them up at any branch and access them online. If you visit our website, we have most of the available products uploaded, plus special offers too!

What payment methods are accepted in your stores?

For online, we use Payeasy. Click here to view the payment options.

For clients with a bigger project in mind, we present to you in detail our services for bespoke furniture tailored to your needs. Interior designers, architects, contractors and brand owners are welcome to inquire!

Are your products covered with a warranty?

Warranties apply to electronic products only, valid for two weeks after purchase.

Can you help me design my room/ my house/ my project?

When you buy pieces from us, we gladly give tips on how the furniture can work in your space. We train our team to understand Interior Design and other design disciplines our studio offers consultation in its roster.

What if I want to order items that are out of stock?

The availability of our products in the store varies with our supply. Especially for furniture, we source high-quality fabric that may not be available after a period of time. You can ask for a custom piece that we can make for you.

For small items in the store, please send us or the store manager an email. We’ll gladly pre-order the item if you wish.

Can Heima re-upholster my furniture?

Right now, our services focus on customization. But if you wish to consult with the treatment for the piece, you can discuss with our creative team to assist you.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Warranties apply to electronic products only, valid for two weeks after purchase.

Do you accept wholesale?

Yes we do. Wholesales depend on the available quantity of each product. Please email us your orders at online@heimastore.com.

What is Custom Made?

It is an item made to a customer's specification.

What do you customize?

We customize furniture! This is actually one of our main services. How do we go through it? Click here.

How do we request for a press kit?

Press Kits are available upon request. Email us at online@heimastore.com.

How much does it cost to have a photoshoot in the store?

Our rate for both Heima stores is Php 2, 000 per hour (Package 1, Max of 6 persons) and Php 3,000 per hour (Package 2, Maxof 6 persons), minimum of 2 hours. Additional charges may apply. Please see attached photoshoot rates and terms here.

We no longer accept shoots during Saturdays.

Where can we do the shoot?

The shoot may only be done within the Heima showrooms. Photoshoot may only be within the store’s preferred hours: Makati (10am-7pm) and Pasig (10am-7pm). Kindly inform the management should you wish to shoot outside the showroom.

How do I pay for shooting in the store?

We only accept cash, card, bank deposit and other payment methods. All rates are VAT exclusive.

Do you accept furniture pull-outs?

Yes! Furniture pull-outs are allowed for publications and exhibit purposes only. A formal letter-request is required for furniture pull-outs. The letter-request should be approved by the management. Please email inquire@heimastore.com

How can you assure the quality of your products? Where do you source them?

Most of our fabrics are imported, as well as the accessories we use in our designs. To support the local industry, we have the final manufacturing process of every piece in the Philippines.

We also re-use and upscale recyclable pieces to help the environment while giving each piece a touch of character!

Can I consign my items at your store?

We at Heima make sure that all products in our store meet our design  and quality standards. If you have items that you feel is perfect for Heima, we  would need the the brand profile and some samples of your items. Please send the items to our Brixton branch.
