Where is Heima located ?
You can visit the Heima Store at Suite 229 LRI Design Plaza, 210 N. Garcia St. (Reposo), Bel-Air II, Makati City or at Shop 33, Cubao Expo, Quezon City. You can give us a call or send an SMS to 0917 8104346 just to check the best time to come over.
Normal store hours are 10 AM to 6 PM for the Makati Store from Monday to Friday and 11 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays.
For Cubao, it’s Wednesdays to Saturdays, from 3 PM to 9 PM.
How can I get a Heima catalog ?
You can visit the stores. The Website basically contains most of the info in the catalog and more.
What are your delivery rates for large pieces of furniture ?
It really depends on your location and the number of items. We use normal trucking but if it’s just a single piece we can just deliver it ourselves. We will contact you and we can agree on the delivery rates once we have finalized the items you are buying.
What methods of payment can I use ?
We now accept credit card transactions but only in our Makati Branch. But that’s just for in store purchases in Makati. We accept checks but we have to clear them first, we also accept deposits. Cash of course is king.
What materials and fabrics do you use ?
We try to use only high quality materials and fabrics. Good design will only be wasted if we use low quality materials. This being said, we also try to find ways to lower our cost to make sure we can pass the savings to our customers.
Where does Heima source its materials and products ?
Fabrics are mostly imported, some accessories are also from abroad. We try to give our share in the local industry by having it made here. We also upcycle pieces which is great for the environment, but it also add a touch of chic and character !
Can Heima help me design my room ?
We do give design tips for our clients. And for a certain amount of purchase we can add styling to the mix. But for full design services, we have our own design studio. Why are items out of stock ?
We really can’t guarantee availability of some items because of the fabrics. Better to check our products page or drop by the store for availability.
Does Heima customize furniture ?
Definitely. It would be easier if it’s within our design themes or forms. I suggest you inquire in detail and let us know what you have in mind.
Can Heima re-upholster my furniture ?
That is not our main business, but in cases you are ordering several pieces and you really want to give that old furniture a new life, maybe we can talk things over.
Can items be retuned or exchanged ?
Depends on the item as well. For the accessories like clocks, we do offer return or exchange if it is defective. For furniture, we suggest you either accept or reject the items during delivery. We will give our terms and conditions for items after checkout in our website or if you purchase from our stores.
Can customers find all of Heima’s products on the site?
What we put on our website are items that we can produce and deliver on a more regular basis. Some one off pieces can only be found on the stores.
How will customer purchases be delivered if I order online?
We use various couriers like Air 21, 2GO and others for small items. We use normal truck delivery for large orders within Metro Manila.
What are the online shopping delivery costs?
Our items are varied in sizes and weight and we try to find the best deal possible for our customers without sacrificing quality of handling.
Can I cancel or return items that were ordered online?
We ask for down payments for some items. If the item is on stock we accept cancelation with a minimum charge. For items which we have started manufacturing based on your order the charge is higher though.
