WHERE IS YOUR OFFICE LOCATED?
Heima store is located in Unit 103, Three Brixton Building, Kapitolyo, Pasig City 1603. Our store is open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesdays to Saturdays. Heim Interiors and Heima Design Studio on the other hand is located in 3/F Steps Dance Studio 8465 Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City Metro Manila, Philippines. Open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays.

      

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HEIMA AND HEIM INTERIORS?
Heima Home and Lifestyle is where our company sells furniture, home decors, and custom made furniture. Besides this, Heima also provides interior styling and decoration services for small scale projects (e.g. small rooms, apartments, condominium units.) Given this, Heima's design team creates a whole new look to your space by creating a design that would involve refurbishing and redecorating a small space.

Heim Interiors on the other hand, involves renovation and construction plans with the works - with the inclusion of electrical, plumbing, and other concerns. Heim Interiors is open for either residential or commercial projects.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Warranties apply to electronic products only, valid for two weeks after purchase.

CAN YOU HELP ME DESIGN MY ROOM/ HOUSE/ PROJECT?
For styling services (for a bedroom, your business' kiosk, an office space, etc.), you may inquire for Design by Heima services. Click here to inquire!

DO YOU ALSO OFFER INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR BIG SPACES THAT REQUIRE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS?
Not exactly, but you may forward your concerns to our sister company, Heim Interiors. This is headed by Heima's creative director Rossy Yabut Rojales, and we can assure you that they can offer the same quality of work and design aesthetic expected of Heima!

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DESIGN BY HEIMA SERVICES AND HEIM INTERIORS' PROJECTS?
The availability of our products in the store varies with our supply. For furniture, we source high-quality fabric that may not be available after a period of time. You can ask for a custom piece that we can make for you.

For small items in the store, please drop us a message. We’ll gladly pre-order the item if you wish!

CAN HEIMA RE-UPHOLSTER MY FURNITURE?
Right now, our services focus on furniture customization. But if you wish to consult for the treatment for a piece, you may discuss your concern with our sales and design team. You may forward your queries to sales@heimastore.com.

DO YOU ACCEPT BULK ORDERS?
Bulk orders depend on the available quantity of each product. Please email your orders to sales@heimastore.com.

WHAT IS CUSTOM MADE?
We create custom made furniture - this means that you get to choose a particular design from our extensive collection, and you can customize the fabric, color, and size that you want.

Yes! Furniture pull-outs are allowed for publications and exhibit purposes only. Let us know at hello@heimastore.com

CAN I CONSIGN MY ITEMS IN YOUR STORE?
We, at Heima make sure that all products in our store meet our design and quality standards. If you have items that you feel are perfect for Heima, please send us a proposal to hello@heimastore.com. The request would go over an approval process, and we'll make sure to get back to you as soon as we can if we're open to having your products consigned!

CAN FURNITURE ITEMS BE SHIPPED NATIONWIDE?
Yes. We can complete the processing of deliveries nationwide. You can check out our shipping page here. For items to be shipped outside the Philippines, delivery concerns would have to be addressed by the customer after certain shipment ports. HOW CAN I CREATE A COLLABORATION WITH HEIMA?

DO YOU STILL ALLOW IN-STORE PHOTOSHOOTS?
Yes, we do allow in-store photoshoots, but we will only be accepting bookings by September 2016.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BOOK AN IN-STORE PHOTOSHOOT?
For in-store photoshoots, we charge PHP 3,000 per hour.
