We want our products to arrive at your doorstep in top quality and free from damage. Our standard shipping fee for items that will be shipped within Metro Manila is PHP 150 and PHP 225 for provincial.
We will process your furniture order/s once payment is settled. Expect small items to arrive 2-3 days upon payment. For custom made furniture, expect your order/s to arrive after 45-60 working days upon confirmation of order/s.
WHAT ARE CONSIDERED AS SMALL ITEMS AND BIG ITEMS?
Home accessories and paper products are considered as small items. On the other hand, custom made furniture are considered as big items.
Since we don't want your orders to be misplaced or delivered elsewhere, kindly be specific when putting in your delivery address. Make sure that you put the exact details (e.g. street, barangay) and we highly recommend that you also provide us the nearest landmarks in your place.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We, at Heima takes pride in our quality and craftsmanship; a rigid quality assurance process is in place and we are committed to delivering customer satisfaction.
Heima shall ONLY allow returns for any of the following reasons:
1) Incorrect Item shipped
2) Damaged or defective items
3) Unmet product specifications
Heima will issue a replacement for any item return, provided you inform us within 24 hours after receiving the incorrect item. Return and exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt date. Proof of purchase is required for replacement. Item exchanged should be equal or over the amount of original item.
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
Custom order items are non-refundable, non-cancelable and non returnable UNLESS due manufacturers damages as stated on the job order. For custom furniture our delivery personnel will provide a waiver form for you to sign. Once signed, it certifies that the piece was in good condition upon delivery. Damages made after will not be accepted for exchange.
We are currently accepting payments thru BDO Account deposit. Once payment is made, kindly send us a photo of the deposit slip. Don't worry, we are working on adding more payment options to make your shopping experience more convenient for you.
